Fenugreek seeds are GMO free. Fenugreek leaves are often used in salads while the ground seeds are a common ingredient in curry.  This is a warm weather plant so sow several weeks after the last frost. Sow seeds in Spring just below the surface at 70⁰ F. in full sun and fertile well drained soil. Germination should occur in a week.  For best results soak seeds overnight before planting. Water seedlings until they become established.  Keep the soil consistently moist and use mulch will to keep the leaves from too much soil contact. Fenugreek cannot not tolerate frost so cover if cold weather threatens.
