Blue Rocky Mountain Columbine is GMO free. A prize clump-forming perennial.  Plant outside in fall or early spring.  Place seed in moist sand at 40F for 8 weeks prior to planting to break dormancy. Sow seeds just below the surface at 70⁰ F. Seeds need light to germinate. Keep moist and water seedlings until they become established.  Plant in moist, well drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Flowers planted from seed will bloom the second year. After bloom the foliage will die off. Remove wilted blossoms to prevent re-seeding. Established plants can be divided
