McKenna Giants Columbine Mix is GMO free. This clump forming perennial has large upward-facing  multi-color flowers. Plant outside in fall or early spring. If cold is past, place in moist sand for 8 weeks at 40 degrees to break dormancy.  Seeds need light to germinate. Sow seeds just below the surface at 70⁰ F. Keep moist and water seedlings until they become established.  Plant in moist, well drained soil in partial shade. Flowers planted from seed will bloom the second year. After blooming the foliage will die off. Remove wilted blooms to prevent self-seeding.  Established plants can be divided.
